Services

Vedam Vision provides digital marketing, branding, web design, SEO, social media management, and related creative services. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.

Intellectual Property

All creative work produced by Vedam Vision becomes the client's property upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined per project. Standard terms include 50% advance and 50% upon completion. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any contracts entered into with Vedam Vision shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.
